THE KING OF CONNECTIVITY
The Dovado PRO AC is a Universal Access Router. It offers all three methods of broadband Internet connectivity: Fixed, Mobile and WiFi. You can connect to a Gigabit fiber broadband service via the WAN port; the ultra-fastest 4G mobile network via USB modem/mobile hotspot; or even a friendly neighbor’s WiFi via the SpotBoost® feature!Whatever access type you use, the Dovado PRO AC will allow you to make use of many great features while providing you a safe, sturdy & speedy network in place. LATEST WIFI TECHNOLOGY
The Dovado PRO AC incorporates the latest 802.11ac WiFi technology standard, providing a combined radio bandwidth of 1200Mbps, based on 900Mbps 802.11ac (5GHz) and 300Mbps 802.11n (2.4GHz). With two detachable antennas, the router offers full flexibility for any coverage indoor ambitions you may have. The faster 802.11ac technology is an excellent medium for HD-videos and large data transfers while 802.11n offers greater coverage for handheld devices.

MOBILE BROADBAND
For the past decade, Dovado has been incorporating software support for 3G and 4G mobile broadband USB modems as well as mobile hotspot devices. Covering nearly two dozen brand names and hundreds of devices, Dovado routers not only support basic Internet access, but also make utmost use of their extra features such as SMS, Bridge Mode, Frequency Bandlocking as well as exceptionally high data speeds in the hundreds of megabits per second.

HOME AUTOMATION, DATA STORAGE (NAS), MODEM REDUNDANCY, GPS
Providing you a second USB port, the Dovado PRO AC unlocks a great deal of potential. For example, it is possible to remotely control the lighting and heating within your home with anything from a simple SMS command to a smartphone. In addition to which, the router can act as a storage server to smoothen the sharing of photos and videos within your home. The Dovado PRO AC also supports Modem Redundancy, which allows you to use both USB ports for USB modems, where one will act as backup. In addition, the second USB port can also be used to keep track of your vehicle/vessel by inserting a compatible GPS dongle.

VPN
With the uniquely-implemented embedded` PPTP-based VPN (Virtual Private Network) client, you can decide which of the clients on your network can be connected to an external VPN server. This way, you won’t have to lose the full potential of your Internet bandwidth by shuttling all of your traffic via VPN. It is also possible to host servers locally behind the router (over the VPN layer) thanks to the separate set of Port-Forwarding and Dynamic DNS settings.
