Delivery Charges
WirelessGear uses a combination of Australia Post, DHL Express and Couriers Please for our deliveries, in order to provide you with a choice of prices and delivery timeframes.
The delivery charge is calculated based on delivery region and postage option you select at the Checkout page. Orders will be dispatched within a maximum of 3 business days of the order being placed on the website, however our turnaround is usually same- or next-business-day.

Australia Post
Items sent by Australia Post (Parcel Post or Express Post) do not require signature on delivery.
The Express Post network covers 80% of Australian business addresses, private addresses and post office boxes. If your item is for an address outside this network, Australia Post use the fastest possible transport links, but it won't be covered by their Next Day Guarantee.
Express Post items are sent from Sydney postcode 2102. If you need to calculate the delivery timeframe to your area, please check the Australia Post Express Post Delivery Areas.
Courier Delivery
Items sent by courier require a signature on delivery. After placing an order with us, please make sure that you are available for the delivery at your specified delivery address. If no one is available to accept delivery, a calling card will be left advising that the parcel has been taken to a nearby depot for collection or re-delivery. We will advise via email when your order has been dispatched, including tracking information.
International Delivery
We can deliver internationally upon request. Please email us at sales@wirelessgear.com.au with the list of items you wish to purchase, along with your delivery address, and we will respond with a shipping quotation.
Order Collection
Orders can also be picked up from our office in Sydney. On the Checkout page, simply select "NSW - Sydney" as the delivery region and "Pickup from WirelessGear" as the delivery method. Our pickup address is:

Your delivery fees cannot be refunded and the cost of returning the goods remains your responsibility.

If your item is faulty
WITHIN 30 DAYS
If your goods are delivered damaged, or your goods become faulty within the first 30 days after delivery, please contact Customer Service team at support@wirelessgear.com.au or call direct on 02 8002 1820 to resolve the issue. In some rare instances, you may also need to contact the manufacturer of the goods to confirm the item is faulty before we issue you a Returns Number.
AFTER 30 DAYS
If your goods become faulty after 30 days, we reserve the right to ask you to return your goods directly to the manufacturer either to be replaced or repaired.
